…It’s been a long week and the two of you could really use a cabin in the forest somewhere with a hot-tub and some peace and quiet…..

…..The family would love a cabin nestled in the woods, surrounded by nature where the kids could get up early Saturday morning and watch for deer instead of cartoons…..

You’ll find 4R Escape in the heart of nature and tranquility. This comfortable cabin is located in the Northern Hills addition of Hochatown, close to the lake and Beavers Bend State Park. Surrounded by trees, you’ll love the peace you find swinging on the front porch swing or relaxing in the hot tub. This two bedroom, two bathroom cabin is perfect for a few friends or small families.

4R is designed with a large open kitchen living room and well suited for the chef in the group. Plenty of space in the kitchen plus a wide bar for casual dining as well as a table and chairs for more seating. The living room is centered around a stone fireplace and a large flat screen TV with cable access. The couches are so comfortable you may not make it to the lake! There are two bedrooms in 4R and they both have private bathrooms along with flat screen TVs. Two master suites in one cabin!

Outside you’ll find a wonderful 3/4 wrap around deck featuring plenty of patio seating, a porch swing, and a hot tub! There’s a fire pit with seating around it for s’mores competitions and Bigfoot stories as well as a gas grill for cooking the perfect burger and a playground area for the little ones in the group. This cozy cabin is perfect for family vacations, reunions, honeymoons, outdoor adventures, hiking and corporate retreats.

4R Escape is located in a great area and is surrounded on three sides by lots of trees. The inside of the cabin offers simple comfort as your home away from home. The cabin features great porches with plenty of seating and a relaxing covered hot tub. You’ll find a playground, woods to explore, and a fire pit all located around the cabin.

4R Escape is a wonderful cabin featuring two king bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Two Twin fold up beds that can be placed anywhere in the cabin for additional bedding.
The living room sofa is not a sleeper sofa.

4 Bed Types, Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably – Maximum occupancy is 8 people. You will need to bring additional bedding for maximum occupancy (air mattresses, sleeping bags, etc.)

Rates: $225 – $365 per night

A down payment of $100 is required at the time of reservation. Please see payment policy.

Rates are based on 4 people, please add $12 for each additional person per night. Children 3 and under are free.

Pets Welcomed $25 per night, per pet.
(Please bring a crate for your pet if left unattended in the cabin)

PAYMENTS: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. To secure your reservation a $100 down payment is required at the time of reservation. The final payment will be scheduled to automatically post at 5:00AM – 21 days prior to your arrival.. Please plan to have funds available 20 days prior to prevent a decline..

CHECK-IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 3:00PM (or later) Cabins are Self-Check-In. A confirmation will be sent to you with driving directions to your cabin from NEW EMAIL – . If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your junk/spam folder. Please add us to your address book to receive your reminder e-mail with the key code to your cabin. PLEASE do not arrive early without permission. Extra charges will apply for early arrivals without our knowledge. Starting at $45 per hour.

LOCATION:

All of our Cabins are an easy drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park and Mountain Fork River. All of our cabins are in the heart of Shopping, Dining and an abundance of Area Attractions. Pick the cabin that best meets your needs. Location is not an issue….

Broken Bow Lake: 3 miles/Carson Creek area
Cedar Creek Golf Course – 1 miles
Mt. Fork River/Spillway area Trout Fishing – 3 miles
Mt. Fork River/Canoe & Kayak Rentals – 18 miles

4R Escape Cabin is located north of the Lake in an area with other cabins known as Northern Hills. This cabin is not secluded. There are a lot of trees in this area. 4R Escape has a cabin directly behind them, however on both sides of 4R Escape, the lots are empty and full of trees.

Boat and Trailer parking is available and accessible for boats and trailers of all sizes. It can be difficult to turn into the driveway with a large trailer. The road to 4R Escape is a dirt/gravel road. Located approximately 1/4 mile west off of Hwy 259 – you will hear limited highway noise from this cabin.
